Refund Policy – Annual Membership
1) OBJECTIVE
Our objective is to provide the best possible standard of service to members of Dungannon Golf Club. In very rare circumstances, we appreciate that occasions may arise where it is necessary for you to cancel your membership. The purpose of our policy is to clearly state when a refund is available and the terms applicable.
2) WHAT IS THE CLUB’S REFUND POLICY ON ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEES?
Within 14 Days of Joining Date – Full Refund* subject to £50 admin fee
15 Days or more from Joining Date – No Refund will be given.
*If the member has played golf already, green fees will be calculated and deducted from the refund amount.
3) HOW TO CANCEL
Should you wish to cancel your membership :

(b) Telephoning The Secretary/Manger 028 8772 2098
(c) Writing to The Secretary/Manager, Dungannon Golf Club, 34 Springfield Lane, Dungannon BT70 1QX.
4) REFUNDING PAYMENTS
All refund payments will be made by either Cheque or Bank Credit Transfer, and will normally be made within 45 days of application.
