Most of us will have time on our hands over the next weeks so, if you’re well and looking for ideas of how to keep you body in shape for golf, why not have a go at the exercises I came across on the Women and Golf website. OK – I can hear most of you saying, “But we’re men!” So what? You can still do these exercises. The only difference is that it’s women in the pictures – not men!
These four exercises are based around the demands of the golf swing and Women and Golf claims “if completed regularly they will help you to continue to play golf for many years to come.”
